This may mean that of the 2 remaining winners, likely at least one may be a billionaire. And he would have won by having correct 5 numbers plus power ball in Jan. 14 draw. Now it must be noted that the chances of there being 3 winners with same 5 numbers out of possible 69 numbers, and same powerball number out of 26 powerball numbers is even far more unlikely!

But a billionaire could use a strategy only mega rich can afford. He could use several computers to buy very large numbers of tickets that in total have all possible number combinations, And if the billionaire wins, then the billionaire's $584 million investment to buy all tickets needed to insure his having all number combinations could yield a return of $1.6 billion; triple his investment in one day--and untaxed! But if a billionaire did use above strategy, then his effort to be lone winner winning 1.6 billion failed, as there were 3 winners. Two other winners got total of 1.07 billion of the pot, leaving one billionaire 530 million; if he did buy all combinations. He lost 54 milliion. Tch, Tch.

Shockingly, the above noted vast profit on billionaire's original investment--if there had been only one winner--would have been untaxed if billionaire's tax attorney used a tax loophole that places the billionaire's winnings into an offshore tax haven! And because billionaire's, who are the very top elite 0.1 Percenters, and many corporations keep their yearly earnings in bank accounts in tax havens, untaxed, is why past President Nixon's and economist Milton Friedman's negative income tax--actually echoing Henry Hazlitt's idea to provide income for unemployed--is very unfair. 

It is unfair to the hard working middle class, who do pay taxes in USA; and have to carry an even higher tax burden to fill that part of the government's budget deficit hole that the tax evading corporations, and soft chair sitting, mega rich leave; kin to 62 egregious mega rich.

Now the above strategy could have been carried out by a billionaire having a few very lucratively paid straw buyers behind his computers buy the tickets. And in fact did 2 billionaires use this same strategy each not knowing that the other billionaire was doing same, using different straw buyers? Something is fishy? A likely cruel scam by a group of oil billionaire Texans who run Powerball and Koch brothers in which some people suffered standing in line for over 5 hours to buy tickets. It was stated that 635,103,137 tickets were sold. It would be interesting to know if one or 2 cities or local regions had an unusually high number of ticket sales, indicating that 1 or 2 billionaires likely had straw buyers with computers buy tickets in one or two high sales areas. As of 2/1/'16 neither of the other winners have claimed their share of jackpot. Why?

In 1905 through 1938 the main ethnic group that spearheaded the creation of the humane work week, 8 hr, 5 day week, in America, and eventually worldwide were the Finns. In any case, to confront another danger, ISIS, several nations acting jointly with the Kurds of north Syria and Iraq, and of eastern Turkey, must conduct a land war with 100,000 troops against ISIS. And they must cut ISIS access to funds, including Sunni, i.e, Saud, i.e, Wahhabi funds--so as to eliminate ISIS. 

And America, Canada, and EU must halt the rapid infiltration and soon attempted dangerous takeover of their nations by Muslims and the Muslim belief system--because agencies that have for many years protected the governments and their citizens from being harmed by foreign states and ideologies are now horrifyingly unable. For the Islamic State (ISIS) now can create fake identity and travel documents by creating fake Syrian passports by using obtained Syrian portable passport printing machines and blank passports. 

And racist Putin must be told that he, Russian troops, and Russians must stop being 'landtakers' in the Near East, Syria--and in Finnish areas to the north in Ingria, Vepsia, and Alakurtti, Karelia. For in stolen Alakurtti he is building the world's most advanced submarines with nuclear tipped missiles, and building up troop numbers in and near Alakurtti, 30 miles from Finland. 

Then from Alakurtti if he and some of his racist ethnic east slavs, and bigoted Russian Orthodox Priests, and Khazars decide to go with swarms of troops fast across Finland into Sweden and Norway, they can do so. In MN activists should try to create a State Bank of MN as exists in N.D., and also create a single-payer health care system in MN like that in Vermont. Or do billionaires own key MN politicians?
